I.Brief introduction
ERW114 high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube forming machine is designed to produce welded pipes of 48mm-114mm in OD and 1.5mm-4.5mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangle tube.
The plain technical flow of the production line
Uncoiling-Shear & butt welding- Accumulator- Forming - HF welding- Removing outsaide burr -Cooling(air & water) -Sizing-Cutting off(flying saw) - inspection - Packing - Warehousing
